Hetalia- Birthday Party at Iggy's

Belated Happy Birthday, England! I know, I'm late. But that's just how I roll. Forgive me. C:

This already took me 2 days and 3 nights, yet the outcome still sucks. D: The scanner sucks, so forgive me for the low brightness. If I didn't lower it, then some colours can't be seen. (._.)

Do you guys know if time is also a factor that lowers the quality of colour pencils? Because I dunno whether it sucks because my colour pencils are 10 years old or colour pencils just don't do very good on bond paper. (._.) Or I'm just damn terrible at colouring XD

The people are good :3 Don't look at the tableware. Please, don't. DOOOON'T! I know, my symmetry and proportion sucks. Whatever. XD

It actually goes like this:
<sub>England made himself a cake the night before his birthday. He was gonna celebrate on his own.
The next day, he was half-expecting someone would greet him at the world meeting.
No one greeted him. He sighed; he should've expected it.
But he's used to being alone, so he should be fine...
He went home late from his work (or whatever paperwork countries do XD).
He saw France and Canada waiting at his gate. He asked them what they're doing there, mostly curious with what's in the box France was carrying.
France just shrugged and said they'd hang out at England's place. England was disheartened once again for hoping they'd remember his birthday.
England opened the door.
Everyone shouted "SURPRIIIISE!" as the lights were turned on. England was stunned for 5 seconds.
Then he wondered how the bloody hell they got inside.
France, America, and Canada showed all their spare keys. England was still wondering how the hell they got that.
Everyone started greeting him, patting him on the back, hugging him, and bringing out random food for the party.
England remembered that he made cake, and started taking it out.
France immediately took out their own cake for England and secretly took away England's home-made cake, only to randomly throw it behind him.
Romano quickly dodged the "attack" while cursing.
Japan got hit by the poisonous cake instead, and he started screaming "MY EYES!! IT BURNS!!". The Axis and China had started freaking out on Japan.
And thus they celebrated England's birthday with many alcohol and fun stupidity. The end. C:
Oh, and England's crying tears of joy because he doesn't have to celebrate this birthday alone anymore. :3

^{(And in case anyone's curious why I picked those countries as guests, it all started with the FACE family. Then I let Japan join, since he's Iggy's friend. Then if Japan's there, the Axis are there. And if Germany and Italy are there, their brother's should come as well. And since France and Prussia are there, why not add Spain? Plus Romano's there. And since there's Prussia and England, I added Denmark to complete the Bad Brothers. And when there's Denmark, there should be Norway and Iceland. But now Norway's in, I added Romania for the Magic Trio. And since Japan's there, China and Hong Kong came. Because Hong Kong was under England back then, Sealand came along as well. And since China's there and a whole bunch of countries he could unite with, Russia went along too. And of course, wherever Russia is, Belarus is there too. So there you have it. )}</sub>
